				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/10/27/PHONE-SYSTEM-MALFUNCTION</link>
				<description>

				Yesterday at Wheels Next we experienced technical difficulties with our phone system. All calls were inadvertently routed to our customer service voice mail instead of our sales queue. The management at Wheels Next would like to apologize for any inconvenience brought upon our customers as a result. The problem has since been resolved and orders can now be placed as usual. Again, the management at Wheels Next would like to apologize to our customers and remind them that our goal is to provide a satisfactory purchase experience. Thank You.

				<description>

				Ever wanted to drive a Lexus that could battle it out with a Ferrari? If the world is still around in 2012, you just might get your chance! This bad boy is powered by a juicy 4.8-liter V-10 that the engineers at Yamaha helped develop. The compact V-10 makes 553 horsepower @ 8700 rpm and red-lines @ 9000 rpm. (VROOOMM!!!) Max torque for this Jap-fighter dials in at 354 lbs. @ 6800 rpm. According to Lexus this rear-mounted, six-speed, automated manual transmission super-car weighs approximately 3,263 pounds. (Not to Shabby!) So keep your eyes peeled!!!

				<title>Honda CR-Z Concept</title>
				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/10/26/Honda-CRZ</link>
				<description>

				(Here is a follow up to our last blog: 2009 Tokyo Auto Show) One car that debuted at the show was the Honda CR-Z. This two seat sports-hybrid delivers 140 horsepower via a 1.8-liter Civic based engine. The IMA system used (motor, battery, electronics) will be similar to the Insight&apos;s, in order to cut back on costs. This little high revving hybrid weighs in at a modest 2800 lbs. and squeezes out a decent 29 &quot;combined&quot; mpg&apos;s. In addition, a manual gearbox will be offered! (Woo-Hoo!)

				<title>CHAD&apos;S RAD RIDE</title>
				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/9/10/CHADS-RAD-RIDE</link>
				<description>

				Here at Wheels Next we really appreciate our customers business and look forward to hearing from them. On that note... This sweet ride comes to us from Chad Hubert, a fellow Florida resident. His 2001 Honda Prelude is sitting pretty on a set of R1 Hype&apos;s, wrapped in Achilles ATR sport tires. Chad&apos;s extensive and tasteful aftermarket work has really come together with the addition of these R1&apos;s. Any tuner can admire the sick paint job, &quot;neck breaking&quot; body kit and (of course) beautiful wheels he has selected. Keep up the good work Chad!

				<title>THE CHEVY VOLT..... ITS ELECTRIC!!! BOOGIE, WOOGIE, WOOGIE!!!</title>
				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/8/24/THE-CHEVY-VOLT---ITS-ELECTRIC--BOOGIE-WOOGIE-WOOGIE</link>
				<description>

				How does driving for 40 miles before your car uses a single drop of gas sound?  Sounds like the future to me!  The engineers at Chevrolet have been working overtime to ensure that the Volt is the first mass produced re-chargeable car on the market.  Powered by a lithium ion battery, the Volt boasts a theoretical 230 mpg! The company estimates the Volt will need 8 kilowatt hours for the recharge required to travel those first 40 miles. Research from the Department of Energy suggests most consumers will end up paying more than that, probably around 88 cents per re-charge.  Purchase costs for the first generation Volt will not come cheap either, as stated by Chevrolet&apos;s representatives.  As the &quot;re-chargeable&quot; technology becomes more efficient consumers can expect prices to drop dramatically.  SO!... Keep your eyes pealed for this eco-friendly crusader and do not forget to check out the line up of Chevy wheels offered &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.wheelsnext.com/Chevrolet-wheels-models-home-wheels.html&quot;&gt;@ WheelsNext.com&lt;/a&gt;

This insane V-8 is paired up with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission in order to transfer those 570 ponies to the ground. Ferrari expects the 458 will rocket from 0-62 mph in just under 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of over 202 mph! <title>2010 FORD MUSTANG... SMALLER IS BETTER</title>
				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/7/7/2010-FORD-MUSTANG-SMALLER-IS-BETTER</link>
				<description>

				&quot;We have a car which I think is more suitable for the times than the Challenger and the Camaro,&quot; said Ford Motor&apos;s North American design director, Peter Horbury. &quot;Especially the Challenger -- it is a huge car when you see it on the road.&quot; Fuel efficiency is &quot;where its at&quot; for today&apos;s automotive consumer and the team at Ford knows it. The 2010 edition of &quot;America&apos;s Sports Car&quot; was engineered to look smaller and waste less fuel. The cars styling ques haven&apos;t changed much, but Ford anticipates these subtle re-workings will attract new customers. The 2010 will be offered in a V6, V6 Premium, GT, GT Premium and GT 500. Rumors are that the 2010 may also be offered with Ford&apos;s brand new ECO-BOOST engine, which means better performance and less pollution.

				<title>2010 Audi TTRS</title>
				<link>http://blog.wheelsnext.com/index.cfm/2009/7/2/2010-Audi-TTRS</link>
				<description>

				Audi has fitted the TT RS with a new turbo, 2.5-liter, 5-cylinder engine which pumps out a &quot;neck breaking&quot; 340-horspower and a max torque of 331.9 lbs. This TT also utilizes Audi&apos;s &quot;Quattro&quot; all-wheel drive system and a six-speed manual gearbox. Audi claims zero to 62 in under 5.0 seconds with a governed top speed of 155 mph. The TT RS also boasts a beefed up brake, suspension and electronic stability control system. The TT RS will be available in both Coupe and Roadster models. Sadly, Audi had opted not to offer the TT RS to the U.S. market for the time being.

				The 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse receives a much needed make over, most notably in the front end. The GS model comes with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. (Optional 4-speed automatic available.) It produces 162 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 162 pound-feet of torque at 4000 rpm. The GT boasts a 3.8-liter V6 engine with 265 horsepower at 5750 rpm and 262 pound-feet of torque at 4500 rpm. (Standard 6-speed manual transmission or optional 5-speed automatic available.) Both engines use the MIVEC variable valve system. I LIKE!!!!
